NOVELTY - A polypyrrole/graphene composite film material preparing method involves adding graphene powder in succinic acid and dioctyl sodium sulfonate mixture to form uniformly dispersed mixed solution. Pyrrole monomer is added to the uniformly dispersed mixed solution. The obtained solution is stirred uniformly using magnetic force. A conductive substrate is polymerized using an electrochemical process to obtain a polypyrrole/graphene composite film material. The composite film material is washed by ethanol and distilled by water. The distilled composite film material is dried. USE - Method for preparing polypyrrole/graphene composite film material utilized as a corrosion protection material. Uses include but are not limited to capacitor, lithium ion battery, sensor, electronic device and fuel cell. ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparing the polypyrrole/graphene composite film material in a simple, controllable, quick and inexpensive manner.
