NOVELTY - The optical detector (100) has substrate (110) on which insulating layer (120) and light absorption layer (130) are arranged in respective order. Source electrode (S) and drain electrode (D) provided on light absorption layer is separated from each other. A graphene sheet containing several graphene oxide pieces is spread on light absorption layer. USE - Optical detector installed in electronic device. ADVANTAGE - The broadband of light detected using optical detector is reduced. Since the optical detector absorbs the light generated from interface of restored graphene oxide pieces, the reactivity of absorbed light can be improved. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) a manufacturing method of optical detector; and (2) an operation method of optical detector.
