NOVELTY - Modified graphene/polyimide resin composite material, comprises (in wt.%): polyimide resin (95.0-99.9) and modified graphene (0.1-5.0), where the polyimide resin is a thermosetting polyimide resin obtained by thermally crosslinking the prepolymer whose terminal is sealed through a crosslinkable group. USE - The modified graphene/polyimide resin composite material is used in fields of aerospace, machinery, electron, car, household appliance and work applications. ADVANTAGE - The modified graphene/polyimide resin composite material has excellent interface bonding property, mechanical property, abrasion performance and hydrophobic property. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for method for preparing the modified graphene/polyimide resin composite material, which involves (a) performing graphene oxide modification by weighing a certain amount of graphene oxide, adding into a circular bottom three-opening bottle, corresponding 1 mg of graphene oxide to 3-7 ml, adding dispersant, ultrasonically dispersing for 0.5-2 hours through ultrasonic wave to obtain the stable and uniformly dispersed graphene oxide dispersion liquid, adding the weighed 1-ethyl-(3-dimethyl amino propyl) carbodiimide hydrochloride, 1-hydroxy-benzotolyltriazole, triethylamine and phenylamine with crosslinkable group in the dispersion liquid, stirring and reacting for 12-18 hours at room temperature, where the mole ratio of the graphene oxide, 1-ethyl-(3-dimethyl amino propyl)carbodiimide hydrochloride, 1-hydroxy-benzotolyltriazole, triethylamine and phenylamine with crosslinkable group is 1:0.9-1.3:0.9-1.3:15-25:5-10, vacuum pumping and filtering the dispersion liquid after reacting to obtain the mixture, cleaning the unreacted product and reaction byproduct through the dispersant and de-ionized water, and adding the product in 30-50 degrees C vacuum oven to dry to obtain the modified graphene, (b) mixing modified graphene with the cross linkable prepolymer, weighing a certain amount of modified graphene, adding the dispersant (1 ml) and modified graphene (5-20 ml), ultrasonically dispersing for 1-4 hours through ultrasonic wave to obtain the stable and uniformly dispersed graphene oxide dispersion liquid, weighing the prepolymer whose terminal is sealed through a crosslinkable group, stirring for 6-10 hours, vacuum pumping and filtering to obtain the mixture, putting in a 50-80 degrees C oven to dry to prepare the precursor of the modified graphene/polyimide resin composite material, and (c) performing thermal cross-linking process by placing the precursor of the modified graphene/polyimide resin composite material in a forming mold, heating to 160-180 degrees C, pressurizing to 3-5 MPa, preserving the pressure for 20-30 minutes in a constant temperature, releasing pressure, continuously heating to 280-350 degrees C, pressurizing to 15 MPa for 60-120 minutes, naturally cooling to 120-150 degrees C, and de-molding to obtain the modified graphene/polyimide resin composite material.
