▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Three-dimensional graphene nano material is prepared by (a) placing nickel foam template in a high-temperature resistant container, adding hydrogen catalyst to the high temperature resistant container and performing a first reaction under the protection atmosphere, (b) introducing methane or ethane into the high-heat resistant container after the first reaction is completed, performing a second reaction under a protective atmosphere, and (c) coating the product after the second reaction with polymethyl methacrylate, soaking in an acidic solution, and washing to obtain a three-dimensional graphene nanosheet. USE - The three-dimensional graphene nano material used as facial mask of spacecraft outer surface multi-layer heat insulation component, flexible substrate of solar battery array of spacecraft, insulating protective layer of multi-layered heat insulating blanket and circuit system. ADVANTAGE - The three-dimensional graphene-POSS (RTM: Polyhedral oligomeric silsesquioxane) nano-composite material modified polyimide has excellent atomic oxygen resistance, atomic oxygen erosion rate, flat surface, no bubble, no crack, good mechanical property, good electrical performance and space environment adaptability, and no defect and hole. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for: (1) a three-dimensional graphene-POSS nanometre composite material; and (2) a modified polyimide of three-dimensional graphene-POSS nanometre composite material.
