▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The chip has a lower substrate (3) provided on which a biological sample (1) and a liquid material (2) are positioned. A graphene thin film (4) is provided for applying the biological sample to the liquid material. The graphene thin film is selected from single-layer graphene, multi-layer graphene, graphene oxide, reduced graphene oxide, and activated graphene. The graphene thin film is transferred and attached in a dry or wet method. A waterway structure includes an inlet and an outlet formed on the upper surface of the lower substrate. The substrate is made of metal material, ammonium persulfate, sodium sulfate and iron trichloride. USE - Liquid chip for electron microscope. ADVANTAGE - The chip minimizes loss of biological sample due to radicals generated during observation process by utilizing hourly irradiation amount of electrons and appropriate protective material. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) a method for manufacturing liquid chip for electron microscope; and (2) a method for observing biological sample using electron microscope. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a schematic view of a liquid chip for electron microscope.
