NOVELTY - Preparing masterbatch comprises (i) providing polybutylene terephthalate particles and acrylonitrile butadiene styrene particles, (ii) modifying surface of acrylonitrile butadiene styrene particles, and dry mixing with graphene composite agent to obtain composite acrylonitrile butadiene styrene particles, and (iii) blending polybutylene terephthalate granules and composite acrylonitrile butadiene styrene granules with functional additives, extruding and granulating to obtain blended polybutylene terephthalate masterbatches, where the ratio of polybutylene terephthalate particles, composite acrylonitrile butadiene styrene particles and functional auxiliary agent is 5:4:1. USE - The method is useful for preparing masterbatch in automobile, fiber protecting tool, thin film material, mechanical parts, instrument device, building material and aviation. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare binary blend PBT master batch, which has excellent performance.
