NOVELTY - Preparing composite fiber comprises (i) mixing nano carbon ball, graphite and water, preparing pre-treated nano carbon ball/graphite dispersion liquid, (ii) peeling the pre-treated nano carbon ball/graphite dispersion liquid, preparing graphene dispersion liquid, (iii) adding metal source in the dispersion graphene to obtain metal-graphene dispersion, (iv) drying the metal loaded graphene dispersion to obtain graphene-loaded metal composite, (v) melting and mixing the graphene-loaded metal composite and macromolecular material to prepare modified graphene particle, and (vi) taking the modified graphene particle as the skin component, taking the high molecular material as the core component, and preparing the composite fiber through melt spinning. USE - The composite fiber is used in the field of functional textiles. ADVANTAGE - The method is simple and has wide application. The composite fiber is environmentally-friendly, and is suitable for industrial production, has both antistatic and antibacterial function, has good mechanical strength, and has wide application prospect.
