NOVELTY - Mechanically adding polymer stripped expanded graphite to prepare graphene comprises e.g. placing expanded and sieved expandable graphite in a ceramic crucible or quartz boat, placing in high-temperature furnace after being capped, expanding, then taking out for cooling, sieving, drying and packing the obtained expanded graphite, adding polymer stripping expanded graphite to prepare graphene composite polymer, adding polymer to strong peeling machine, then adding the expanded graphite, starting the device, compacting stripping of expanded graphite and unloading to obtain uniform polymer-exfoliated graphene mixed block, mixing with an internal mixer, controlling the temperature of the stripping system by water cooling method in the mixing and stripping process of the two devices, subjecting to dissolution of polymer-exfoliated graphene mixed block polymer-exfoliated graphene mixed block added to reaction vessel together with functional organic solvent, sealing and stirring the reaction. USE - The method is useful for mechanically adding polymer stripped expanded graphite to prepare graphene. ADVANTAGE - The method is simple, conditions are easy to control and operate, has less equipment investment, and floor space. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Mechanically adding polymer stripped expanded graphite to prepare graphene comprises (i) placing the expanded and sieved expandable graphite in a ceramic crucible or quartz boat, placing in high-temperature furnace after being capped, expanding at a high temperature of 600-1100 degrees C for 30-250 seconds, then taking out for cooling, sieving via 0.25-0.15 mm sieve, drying and packing the obtained expanded graphite; (ii) adding polymer stripping expanded graphite to prepare graphene composite polymer, adding polymer to strong peeling machine, then adding the expanded graphite prepared in the above step (i), starting the device, compacting the stripping of the expanded graphite and unloading to obtain uniform polymer-exfoliated graphene mixed block, the amount of expanded graphite added is 1-60 wt.% by weight of the polymer, the strong peeling machine is an internal mixer and a two-roll mill, and the two devices are used in combination, firstly mixed with an internal mixer for 5 minutes, 30 minutes, 10 minutes and 100 minutes, controlling the temperature of the stripping system by water cooling method to be 50-80 degrees C in the mixing and stripping process of the two devices and the total stripping time is 20-120 minutes; (iii) subjecting to dissolution of polymer-exfoliated graphene mixed block polymer-exfoliated graphene mixed block in the above step (ii) added to the reaction vessel together with the functional organic solvent, sealing, stirring the reaction at 80-180 degrees C for 3-16 hours and dissolving the polymer stripped graphene mixed block, adding 15-100 ml of functional organic solvent into a mixture of 1 gram of graphene composite polymer; (iv) pouring the dissolved polymer stripped graphene solution into a centrifugal tank, centrifuging at a speed of 1000-3000 rotations/minute for 5-30 minutes and the obtained upper suspension is the purified graphene suspension; and (v) subjecting to separation of graphene and washing the high-speed centrifugation of purified graphene suspension means that centrifuge is operated at 5000-20,000 rotations/minute, allowing the supernatant suspension to become a clear liquid, centrifugation time is 10-60 minutes and discarding the supernatant liquid, adding 5-50 times of the functional organic solvent to the precipitate, shaking, sonicating in an ultrasonic disperser for 5-30 minutes, followed by centrifugation at 5000 rotations/minute for 10-30 minutes at 20000 rotations/minute and discarding the supernatant, washing the precipitate again 1-2 times in the same manner, then adding the precipitate into 20 times of absolute ethanol, ultrasonically dispersing for 10 minutes, centrifuging at 10,000 rotations/minute for 20 minutes, drying the precipitate under vacuum at a high temperature of 30-60 degrees C.
