NOVELTY - Antibacterial and flame-retardant sheath-core polyester nylon composite wig fiber comprises 50-100 pts. wt. modified antibacterial polyamide, 200-300 pts. wt. polyamide, 20-40 pts. wt. modified flame-retardant polyethylene terephthalate, 90-150 pts. wt. polyethylene terephthalate, 1-5 pts. wt. thermochromic microcapsule toner, 2-5 pts. wt. additives, and 2-8 pts. wt. dispersant. USE - Antibacterial and flame-retardant sheath-core polyester nylon composite wig fiber. ADVANTAGE - The composite wig fiber has flexibility and combing performance similar to straight human hair, and excellent antibacterial and flame-retardant properties. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a preparation method of the composite wig fiber, involving (a) melt-blending polyamide, nano-copper-zinc oxide and graphene oxide in a molar ratio of (100-140): (3-18): (1-3) in an open mill at 170℃ for 40 minutes, (b) evenly mixing the modified antibacterial polyamide, polyamide, thermochromic microcapsule toner, additives, and dispersant in a weight ratio of (50-100):(200-300):(1-5):(1-3):(1-5), (c) evenly mixing polyethylene terephthalate, 2-carboxyethylphenylphosphinic acid and expanded graphite flame-retardant in a molar ratio of (80-120):(2-5):(6-15), copolymerizing polyethylene terephthalate and 2-carboxyethylphenylphosphinic acid, melt-blending the copolymerized product in an open mill at 190℃ for 30 minutes, (d) evenly mixing modified flame-retardant polyethylene terephthalate, polyethylene terephthalate, additives, and dispersants in a molar ratio is (20-40):(90-150):(1-2):(1-3), (e) passing the above-mentioned skin layer spinning solution and core layer spinning solution through a sheath-core double group with a coagulation bath temperature of 4℃, and spinning in the sub-spinning assembly to obtain the gel fiber, (f) wet-heat stretching the gel fiber, and washing with water, where the total stretching ratio is 12-14 times, and the temperature is 50-90℃, (g) dry heat stretching the gel fiber at 150-170℃, where the stretching ratio is 2, and (h) subjecting the gel fiber to thermal relaxation treatment at 220℃ and a relaxation rate of 50%.
