NOVELTY - A graphene reinforced high thermal conductivity carbon foam is prepared by taking mesophase pitch, crushing, sieving, heating at 100-200 degrees C for 0.5-2 hours, adding 2-8 wt.% graphene oxide, ultrasonic dispersing for 1-3 hours, stirring, vacuum drying, adding alcohol solvent, stirring, drying, pulverizing, molding, foaming under 1-3 MPa at 500-550 degrees C, carbonizing at 850-1000 degrees C for 50-80 hours, and carrying out high temperature graphitization process at 2500-3000 degrees C. USE - Method for preparing graphene reinforced high thermal conductivity carbon foam (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method is simple. The foam has high strength and thermal conductivity.
