NOVELTY - A graphene-poly(ethylene terephthalate) composite material comprises 65-80 %mass poly(ethylene terephthalate) resin, 10-25 %mass graphene oxide-poly(ethylene terephthalate) masterbatch, 0.1-3 %mass antioxidant and 5-10 %mass light stabilizer. USE - Graphene-poly(ethylene terephthalate) composite material for preparing solar battery backboard. ADVANTAGE - The graphene-poly(ethylene terephthalate) composite material has excellent ultraviolet resistance, wear resistance, mechanical property, electrical insulation property, heat resistance, moisture resistance and low water-vapor transmission rate. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) preparation of graphene-poly(ethylene terephthalate) composite material; and (2) preparation of solar battery backboard using graphene-poly(ethylene terephthalate) composite.
