NOVELTY - Full biodegradable modified foaming plate comprises 70-100 pts. wt. polybutylene adipate terephthalate, 20-30 pts. wt. rigid polymer, 10-20 pts. wt. nucleating agent, 2.5-5 pts. wt. compatilizer, 0.4-0.6 pts. wt. antioxidant, 1.2-3 pts. wt. lubricant and 3-6 pts. wt. chain extender. USE - The full biodegradable modified foaming plate is used in body-building equipment (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The plate improves the melt strength of polybutylene adipate terephthalate material and the size stability after foaming. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the foaming plate, comprising (i) subjecting polybutylene adipate terephthalate, rigid polymer and nucleating agent for heat treatment and preblending with compatilizer, antioxidant, lubricant and chain extender to obtain the mixed material; (ii) extruding and granulating the mixed material obtained in the step (i) to obtain the modified polybutylene adipate terephthalate particle material; and (iii) subjecting the modified polybutylene adipate terephthalate particle material obtained in the step (ii) to supercritical molding foaming to obtain the foaming plate.
