NOVELTY - A composite electrode plate preparing method involves reducing the graphene oxide film by cyclic voltammetry to obtain a reduced graphene oxide layer, mixing the catalyst, additives, adhesive and conductive polymer uniformly at a mass ratio of 9:1:1-1.2:1.8-2 to obtain a catalytic rubber compound. The reduced graphene oxide layer is adhered to a metal substrate through a catalytic compound to obtain the finished product. USE - Method for preparing composite electrode plate. ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparing the composite electrode plate with effectively reducing the dosage of platinum and improving the power characteristic of the electrode.
