NOVELTY - Glass powder comprises 0.001-10 pts. wt. graphene, 90-99.998 pts. wt. glass coarse grain and 0.001-0.5 pts. wt. cladding agent. USE - Glass powder for graphene oxide doped type electronic slurry (claimed). DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing glass powder, which involves: (A) melting glass, quenching is grinded after drying and sieving to obtain glass coarse grain; (B) dissolving cladding agent in auxiliary milling solvent to control the concentration of cladding agent to not greater than 1 wt.% to obtain solution; (C) adding graphene with obtained solution to obtain graphene oxide solution; (D) subjecting graphene oxide solution to ultrasonic dispersion treatment; (E) adding the dispersed graphene oxide solution in the ball grinding tank, grinding balls, glass coarse grain and 2-3 times of crude glass particle; (F) adding material into planetary ball mill for ball milling with 600-700 revolution per minute speed for 30-60 minutes; (G) controlling temperature to 100-130 degrees C and mixing the ball milling mixture; and (H) drying the powder for grinding, and crushing through 400 meshes sieve to obtain glass powder.
