▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Polyethyleneimine modified graphene oxide complex material comprises graphene oxide, micromolecular polyethyleneimine, macromolecular polyethyleneimine and crosslinking agent. The micromolecular polyethyleneimine and macromolecular polyethyleneimine is modified on the surface of the graphene oxide by a crosslinking agent. The macromolecular polyethyleneimine is polyethyleneimine having relative molecular mass of greater than or equal to 20000. The micromolecular polyethyleneimine is a polyethyleneimine having a relative molecular weight of less than 5000. USE - The polyethyleneimine modified graphene oxide complex material is useful in microbial or animal and plant cell gene transfection and drug delivery. The drug is aromatic drug (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The complex material is non-toxic and has high transfection efficiency and ensures rapid gene transfection and drug delivery. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for method of preparing the polyethyleneimine modified graphene oxide complex material, which involves (a) dispersing the graphene oxide in water, adding suitable amount of crosslinking agent to the solution to obtain suspension and adding macromolecular polyethyleneimine and micromolecular polyethyleneimine to the remaining amount of crosslinking agent to obtain mixed solution, (b) adding the mixed solution drop-wise to the suspension while stirring to allow sufficient contact and (c) dialyzing the contents in a dialysis bag to obtain the product.
