NOVELTY - High-strength ductile valve gasket comprises 100 pts. wt. carboxylated nitrile rubber, 10-50 pts. wt. graphene, 2000-6000 pts. wt. tetrahydrofuran, 2-10 pts. wt. hydrazine hydrate, 2-10 pts. wt. crosslinking agent and 1-3 pts. wt. catalyst. USE - High-strength ductile valve gasket. ADVANTAGE - The high-strength ductile valve gasket is good for dispersing the carbon black filler, improves the adhesive force ofcarboxyl nitrile rubber and graphene filler, solves the problem that the filler is not easy to disperse in the rubber, reduces graphene to graphite by the hydrazine hydrate redox, increases the self-assembling elastic deformation and strength, and enlarges the application range. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing a high-strength ductile valve gasket, which involves: (A) mixing stated amount of carboxyl nitrile rubber, tetrahydrofuran, graphene, crosslinking agent and catalyst; (B) ultrasonically stirring; and (C) reducing hydrazine hydrate.
