▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Improving carbon-coated layer slurry of conductivity and viscosity, comprises (i) adding graphene powder, carbon nanotubes, sodium carboxymethyl cellulose and water into the flask and mixing to make a mixed slurry; (ii) placing mixed slurry is placed in an ultrasonic disperser, and ultrasonically treating to obtain a conductive slurry; (iii)dissolving polyvinylidene fluoride in N-methylpyrrolidone to make an adhesive slurry; (iv) adding conductive paste and the adhesive paste into the flask and distilling under reduced pressure to remove the liquid to obtain a carbon-coated layer slurry; (v)uniformly coating the carbon-coated layer slurry on the aluminum foil, placing it in a forming device, drying and molding to obtain an aluminum foil with a carbon-coated layer; and (vi) coating three layers of carbon-coated layer slurry again. USE - The method is useful for improving carbon-coated layer slurry of conductivity and viscosity. ADVANTAGE - The carbon coating slurry improves conductivity and viscosity of the carbon coating layer, and can be used for fixing and continuous drying process, shortening the drying time, improving the drying efficiency, and automatically collecting the formed aluminum foil of the coating layer. The coating carbon layer structure of the lamination layer effectively improves the adhesive force of the layer, the layer is tightly adhered to the aluminum foil. The forming device, through the box body, drying lamp, drying agent are matched with each other, can promote the air flow in the shell and the box housing, reducing the moisture content of the air in the housing, accelerating the volatilization of moisture in the layer and shortening time of drying and forming the layer. Thus, the drying forming efficiency is improved. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for e drying and forming technique of carbon coating layer for improving conductivity and viscosity.
