NOVELTY - Graphene urethane elastic fiber comprises 10-100 pts. wt. graphene oxide, 20-200 pts. wt. mixed amine, 1500-2500 pts. wt. mixture of polyisocyanate and monoisocyanate, 5000-10000 pts. wt. polytetramethylene ether glycol, 2000-6000 pts. wt. solvent and 100-200 pts. wt. accessories, where the molar ratio of isocyanate in polyisocyanate to isocyanate in monoisocyanate is 0.5-4.8. USE - As graphene urethane elastic fiber. ADVANTAGE - The elastic fiber eliminates the influence of the amine group on the spandex chain extension, increases the interlayer spacing, reduces the cross-linking between graphene sheets caused by polyisocyanate, adopts the flexible addition scheme for the graphene oxide modified dispersion, and plays important role in improving the strength. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing the fiber involving (i) adding solvent to the reactor under stirring conditions, placing the polytetramethylene ether glycol and polyisocyanate into the reactor successively, and reacting at 69-89 degrees C for 90-120 minutes to form prepolymer, adding solvent and dissolving to prepare prepolymer solution, (ii) dissolving and dispersing the graphene oxide in a solvent to prepare dispersion liquid, adding mixed amine to the dispersion liquid, increasing the temperature to 90-120 degrees C, performing reduction modification, reacting for 4-48 hours, adjusting the temperature to 50-100 degrees C, adding mixture of polyisocyanate and monoisocyanate, and reacting for 4-48 hours to prepare graphene oxide modified dispersion, (iii) waiting until the chain extension reaction is cooled to 8 degrees C, adding the mixed amine and modified graphene oxide dispersion obtained in step (ii) under stirring conditions to the prepolymer solution, and performing chain extension reaction and chain termination reaction to obtain graphene spandex polymer solution, (iv) adding anti-yellowing agent, matting agent, antioxidant, and magnesium stearate to the graphene spandex polymer solution to obtain spinning dope, and (v) maturing at 40-60 degrees C, after the spinning stock solution obtained in step (iv), dry spinning the graphene with a graphene oxide with the addition amount of 1 wt.% obtained by means of dry spinning system.
