▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Modified polyurethane prepolymer comprises polyurethane prepolymer and graphene oxide. The polyurethane prepolymer comprises copolymers and aliphatic isocyanates containing ureidopyrimidinone groups. The copolymer containing ureidopyrimidinone groups is copolymerized with urea pyrimidinone alkyl acrylate (I) and hydroxyethyl alkyl acrylate (II). USE - Modified polyurethane prepolymer for bi-component polyurethane adhesive (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The bi-component polyurethane adhesive containing the modified polyurethane prepolymer has excellent mechanical properties and aging resistance at the same time. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Modified polyurethane prepolymer comprises polyurethane prepolymer and graphene oxide. The polyurethane prepolymer comprises copolymers and aliphatic isocyanates containing ureidopyrimidinone groups. The copolymer containing ureidopyrimidinone groups is copolymerized with urea pyrimidinone alkyl acrylate of formula (I) and hydroxyethyl alkyl acrylate of formula (II). R1=1-6C alkyl; and R2=H or 1-6C alkyl. INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) a method for preparing modified polyurethane prepolymer, which involves dissolving chain transfer agent, the alkyl ureidopyrimidinone, the hydroxyethyl alkyl acrylate and the initiator in an organic solvent for copolymerization to obtain the copolymerization of the ureidopyrimidinone group; adding aliphatic isocyanate to the mixed solution, and reacting to obtain the polyurethane prepolymer; and adding the graphene oxide to the mixed solution, and reacting to obtain the modified polyurethane prepolymer; (2) a bi-component polyurethane adhesive, which comprises A component comprising 100 parts of polyol, 0.01-5 parts catalyst and 50-100 parts of inorganic filler, and B component comprising modified polyurethane prepolymer; and (3) a method for preparing a bi-component polyurethane adhesive, which involves mixing the polyol and inorganic filler, adding the catalyst, stirring and dispersing, and vacuum defoaming to obtain the component A; and preparing modified polyurethane prepolymer.
