▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Graphene substance and polymer are mixed, to obtain mixed solution. The graphene compound is compounded with phenolic resin in mixed solution, to obtain modified thermosetting phenolic resin spinning stock solution. The modified thermosetting phenolic resin spinning stock solution is electrospun, to obtain phenolic fiber precursor. The phenolic fiber precursor is cured and crosslinked, to obtain modified phenolic resin fibers. USE - Preparation of modified phenolic resin fibers used for reinforcing material, flame-retardant material, insulation material, cushioning material, phenolic carbon fibers and electrode composite material (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparation of modified phenolic resin fibers having excellent graphene agglomeration resistance, dispersibility, spinning characteristics, strength and toughness. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) usage of modified phenolic resin fibers used as reinforcing material, flame-retardant material, insulation material, cushioning material, phenolic carbon fibers and electrode material; and (2) electrode composite material, which is obtained by carbonizing modified phenolic resin fibers at 600-1000 degrees C, preferably 800 degrees C.
