NOVELTY - Composite sintered wear plate comprises substrate (1), where roughened surface is provided on substrate side, copper powder layer (3) is provided on outside of roughened surface (2), and graphene, and weight ratio of graphene powder and copper powder is 1-2:100, and particle size of graphene powder and copper powder is 200-300 meshes. USE - Composite sintered wear plate. ADVANTAGE - The composite sintered wear plate has improves graphene powder content, and has improves wear resistance of composite sintering wearing plate. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing composite sintered wear plate, which involves: (A) adding powder and copper powder into mixing tank of stirring, and mixing device, where distance between upper surface of graphene powder and copper powder is equal 5 centimeter from bottom surface of stirring fin, filling mixing tank with high pressure gas, blowing high pressure gas graphene powder and copper powder from bottom of the mixing tank; (B) suspending in mixing tank at same time stirring rotating shaft and stirring, stirring wing graphene powder and copper powder, stirring uniformly, increasing air pressure in mixing tank, pressure, where air inflation mechanism in the mixing tank in gas pressure are equal, stopping supplying for 2-3 minutes, falling graphene powder and copper powder under the action of gravity, slowly opening exhaust port, discharging the gas in mixing tank, mixing mixed powder from discharge port of mixing tank, and separating out for further use; (C) processing substrate according to needed size processing substrate, processing the one face of the substrate forming rough surface; (D) paving copper powder paving copper powder over rough surface; (E) manufacturing the paved copper powder in copper powder base substrate placing sintering furnace to sinter, where sintering temperature is controlled at 800-900 degrees C for 25-35 minutes, cooling for 25-35 minutes to obtain copper powder base plate; (F) paving mixed powder on the copper substrate, sintering, and cooling the mixed mixing powder, paving on the copper substrate; and (G) placing sintering furnace to sinter, where sintering temperature is controlled at 800-900 degrees C, sintering time is controlled for 25-35 minutes, and cooling for 25-35 minutes to obtain final product.
