▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - An electrode (581) comprises particles (582) containing silicon and a graphene compound (583). At least a portion of the surface of the particles is terminated by an oxygen-containing functional group. The graphene compound encloses the perimeter of the particles. The graphene compound is a graphene containing carbon atoms terminated by a hydrogen atom and/or carbon atoms terminated by a fluorine atom in a two-dimensional structure formed by a 6-membered carbon ring. USE - Electrode e.g. durable negative electrode and durable positive electrode for secondary battery e.g. lithium ion secondary battery, lithium ion capacitor and electric double layer capacitor used in moving component and electronic device (all claimed) e.g. mobile phone, unmanned aerial vehicle, robot, cleaning robot, car, bus, train, airplane, mobile information terminal, semiconductor device, display device, light emitting device, power storage device, lighting device and electro-optical device. Uses include but are not limited to smartphones, notebook computers, portable music players, digital cameras, medical devices, hybrid vehicles (HV), electric vehicles (EV), plug-in hybrid vehicle (PHV), agricultural machine, electric wheelchair, etc. ADVANTAGE - The electrode has excellent properties, high capacity, and provides highly safe battery having less deterioration and high energy density.
