NOVELTY - Preparing high heat-conducting graphene phenolic molding plastic, comprises using the graphite oxide and phenolic resin to form the graphene-phenolic resin composite material, performing sucrose auxiliary ball milling to modify the hexagonal boron nitride to obtain carboxy functionalized hexagonal boron nitride nano powder, modifying the aluminum oxide by silane coupling agent to obtain the modified aluminum oxide using the modified aluminum oxide powder to modifying the carboxy functionalized hexagonal boron nitride nano powder to form a aluminum oxide-hexagonal boron nitride composite powder, crushing and sieving the graphene-phenolic resin composite material and adding into vinyl acetate-ethylene copolymer emulsion, fully mixing, then adding into the composite material of PF/xRGO-y (hBN/f-Al2O3) using the aluminum oxide powder of the polyhexa-boron nitride, preparing phenolic molding plastic powder based on the PF/xRGO-y (hBN/f-Al2O3) composite material. USE - The method is useful for preparing high heat-conducting graphene phenolic molding plastic. ADVANTAGE - The method: improves the heat-conducting performance and toughness of phenolic molding plastic powder after curing. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a high heat-conducting graphene phenolic aldehyde mold plastic powder prepared by the above-mentioned method.
