NOVELTY - The material has a substrate material selected as a vertical graphene material. A deposition material is selected as an electronic medium film. The electronic medium film is uniformly loaded on a three-dimensional (3D) petal structure of the vertical graphene material, where thickness of the deposition material is about 0.1-150nm, a layer of the vertical graphene material is not more than 7 layers, and thickness of the vertical graphene material is not more than 2.5nm. The vertical graphene material is selected as a pure vertical graphene material or vertical graphene material modified by nano-gold. USE - Vertical graphene electronic medium electrode material for electrochemical biosensor item. ADVANTAGE - The material uses the vertical graphene material surface modified electronic medium as transmission medium, the active centre of the enzyme and the vertical graphite electrode surface transfer electron, reducing the oxidation potential, and improving the sensitivity and detection limit of the electrode. The method is simple, easy to realize, the reaction condition is mild, the whole process time is short, the prepared vertical graphene electrode material in electronic medium film deposition is uniform, electrode material is stable by detecting quality, and uses cheap carbon-containing raw material.
