NOVELTY - Electromagnetic interference shielding nano complex film of asymmetric alternating multi-layer structure comprises an absorbing layer nano film and a reflecting layer nano film, where the single layer of absorbing layer nano film comprises 1-40 pts. wt. cellulose nano fiber and 1-50 pts. wt. magnetic nano particles, the composition of the reflecting layer nanometer film comprises 1-25 pts. wt. cellulose nanometer fiber and 1-66 pts. wt. nanometer particle, the asymmetric alternately refers to the absorption layer nano-film with different thickness and the reflecting layer nano-film are alternately laminated. USE - Electromagnetic interference shielding nano-complex film of asymmetric alternating multi-layer structure. ADVANTAGE - The electromagnetic interference shielding nano-complex film has excellent mechanical performance, and excellent electromagnetic shielding efficiency and tensile strength. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing electromagnetic interference shielding nano complex film with asymmetrical alternating multilayer structure comprising (i) taking each component, mixing and stirring the conductive nanoparticle dispersion liquid with the cellulose nano-fiber dispersion liquid, fully mixing, forming uniform cellulose nano-fiber/conductive nano-particle dispersion liquid, performing vacuum-assisted filtration to the cellulose nano-fiber/silver nano-wire dispersion liquid to obtain single-layer reflecting layer nanometer film, (ii) taking each component, mixing the cellulose nano fiber aqueous dispersion with magnetic nano particles and ultrasonically dispersing, forming uniform cellulose nano fiber/magnetic nano particle dispersion, adding the cellulose nano fiber/magnetic nano-particle dispersion to the surface of the reflective layer nano-film, continuously vacuum-assisted filtering to form the asymmetric double-layer nano-complex film, and (iii) repeating the step (i) and step (ii), preparing the obtain interference shielding nano complex film with more than 2 layers of asymmetric alternating multi-layer structure.
