NOVELTY - The unit has graphene sheets that are arranged on an upper surface of a silicon substrate (2). A metal patch (4) is located on the upper surface of the substrate and spliced with the graphene sheet which includes a first graphene sheet group and a second graphene sheet group. The first graphene sheet set is included with four graphene sheets. One end of the graphene sheet is connected to a middle portion of one side of the metal patch. The second graphene sheet set is included with four graphene sheets. One end of the graphene sheet is connected to four corners of the metal patch. USE - Phase shift unit of phased antenna (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The graphene containing phase shift unit of the phased antenna is continuously adjustable, and can work in the terahertz band. The transmission speed is fast, and the capacity is large. The instantaneous bandwidth is wide. The wavelength is short. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a phased antenna.
