NOVELTY - The dual-channel refrigeration device has a horizontal refrigerating sheet which is set right above a communication device (3). A cold end of an upper surface of the communication device contact is used for surface jointing and cooling the communication device. A heat conducting silica gel pad and an aluminum plate is provided between the horizontal refrigerating sheet and the communication device. A heat insulation housing (5) is set on one side of an upper surface of the communication device. The heat insulation housing is provided with a cross-flow fan (6) for blowing the cold air in the heat insulation housing to an air inlet (7) of the communication device. The horizontal refrigerating sheet, a longitudinal refrigerating sheet (2) and the cross-flow fan are connected with a control unit (8). The control unit, the horizontal refrigerating sheet, the longitudinal refrigerating sheet and the cross-flow fan are connected with a power supply module (9). USE - Intelligent dual-channel refrigeration device for communication device based on semiconductor refrigeration sheet for use in power substation room. ADVANTAGE - The device controls the refrigeration of the transverse portion refrigerating sheet and the longitudinal portion through the temperature and humidity sensor so as to ensure the cooling effect of the communication device. The device has small volume, simple structure, easy installation, and is applied to communication device in narrow space. The cold air generated by the longitudinal refrigeration piece is transmitted to the right portion of the cross flow fan through the third palm type heat pipe, which increases the air contact of the cold air and the cross-flow fan, accelerates the cooling speed of the air. The heat insulation shell is set above the air inlet, but not in contact with the cold end of the heat insulating housing, for heat diffusion and heat radiation coefficient.
