▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparation of high-efficiency electromagnetic shielding aluminum/nano silver/graphene composite, involves reducing silver nitrate using sodium borohydride by liquid-phase chemical reduction in the presence of polyvinylpyrrolidone, to obtain a nano silver paste, ultrasonically dispersing to obtain a graphene suspension, mixing the graphene suspension and nano silver paste to obtain a nano silver/graphene composite coating, coating on an aluminum layer formed by vacuum transfer, by casting, and vacuum drying. USE - Preparation of aluminum/nano silver/graphene composite for preparing electromagnetic shielding materials (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparation of composite, which provides electromagnetic shielding materials having an electromagnetic shielding efficiency of 98.552 dB. The preparation is carried out in aqueous phase, preventing pollution caused by organic solvent. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for the composite.
