▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A graphene-alumina hybrid reinforced copper-based composite material comprises 0.1-1.0 wt.% graphene, 1.0-1.2 wt.% aluminum oxide and remaining copper. USE - Graphene-alumina hybrid reinforced copper-based composite material used in preparation of electromagnetic gun guides, high-power radar component and International Thermonuclear Experimental Reactor (ITER) vertical target material radiating fin, electrified railway overhead conductor and automobile automatic welding electrode (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The composite material contains graphene with unique two-dimensional structure, which produces steric hindrance effects and effectively improves the particle agglomeration and contributes to uniform dispersion. The surface modified graphene improves the wettability and interfacial bonding between the graphene/copper matrix, and maximizes the synergy between graphene and alumina particles, and improves the overall performance including strength, hardness, conductivity, friction resistance and wear resistance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of graphene-alumina hybrid reinforced copper-based composite material.
