NOVELTY - A yellow-green fluorescence graphene quantum dot is prepared by adding (ml/15 mg of graphene oxide) nitric acid (8-16) having a concentration of 65-68% and sulfuric acid (2-4) having a concentration of 98% to a graphene oxide solution, mixing, subjecting mixture to microwave treatment at a power of 240-800 W for 3-5 hours, cooling to room temperature, adjusting pH value to 8, filtering using micropore membrane, and conducting dialysis. USE - Method of preparing a yellow-green fluorescence graphene quantum dot for use in living beings marking or sense analysis. ADVANTAGE - The method prepares product having good dispersibility in water, long useful life, and good fluorescence quality.
