▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A graphene oxid-quantum dots/bismuth vanadate (GO-QDs/BiVO4) photocatalyst is prepared by adding end amino polyether into ethanol solution of bismuth vanadate, condensing and refluxing at 70-90 degrees C for 3-5 hours, washing and drying, dissolving product in water, adding graphene oxide suspension, water heat treating at 160-180 degrees C for 10-12 hours, separating, washing, and drying. The weight ratio of bismuth vanadate to end amino polyether is 0.5-1:1. The weight ratio of product with graphene oxide is 20-100:1. USE - Method for preparing graphene oxid-quantum dots/bismuth vanadate photocatalyst. ADVANTAGE - The product promotes surface reaction, and improves degrading pollutant performance and separation efficiency of photo-generated electron and cavity.
