NOVELTY - Preparation of paclitaxel-loaded magnetic fluorescent alginic acid microsphere system involves preparing magnetic ferrous oxide nanospheres by hydrothermal method, carrying out amination modification with 3-aminopropyltrimethoxysilane, obtaining aminated modified ferrous oxide nanospheres, carrying out carboxylation modification of aminated modified ferrous oxide nanospheres with alginic acid SA, producing ferrous oxide/alginic acid SA magnetic microspheres, and combining magnetic particles with graphene quantum dot (GQDs)/paclitaxel by chemical bond reaction under activation of carbodiimide and N-hydroxysuccinimide. USE - Preparation of paclitaxel-loaded magnetic fluorescent alginic acid microsphere system used in biological medicine. ADVANTAGE - The method efficiently provides paclitaxel-loaded magnetic fluorescent alginic acid microsphere system having high drug loading rate, by simple method under mild reaction condition.
