NOVELTY - Aldehyde reducing agent is uniformly adsorbed on surface of graphene derivative-containing ultra-thin film, and a nano silver film is grown on surface of the resultant ultra-thin film by silver mirror reaction, to obtain nano silver/graphene derivative surface-enhanced Raman substrate. The properties of nano silver/graphene derivative surface-enhanced Raman substrate are controlled by controlling number of layers of graphene derivative-containing ultra-thin film, and size of nano silver particles, concentration of silver-ammonia solution, time and temperature in silver mirror reaction. USE - Preparation of nano silver/graphene derivative surface-enhanced Raman substrate (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparation of nano silver/graphene derivative surface-enhanced Raman substrate having optimum performance parameters.
