NOVELTY - Preparation of graphene by microwave excitation catalytic self-propagating comprises using intercalation oxide graphite as raw material, using the technology of combining catalyst and microwave, in oxygen-free or vacuum gas environment, conducting self-propagating reaction, quickly generating a large amount of plasma, quickly reducing the large amount of intercalated graphite oxide, and obtaining graphene. USE - The method is for preparation of graphene by microwave excitation catalytic self-propagating. ADVANTAGE - The method enables full reaction of all the raw materials in the microwave reaction cavity, quickly reducing a lot of intercalated oxidized graphite, controls the reaction raw material continuously and uniformly into the reaction cavity, realizes continuous production, generates thousand gram of graphene in second time, obtains graphene product with conductivity of greater than 500 S/m and specific surface area of greater than 770 m2/g, and has simple operation, low cost and high efficiency.
