NOVELTY - Preparing antibacterial hyperplasia composite film, comprises (i) mixing uniformly biocompatible polymer, volatile solvent, graphene oxide and antibacterial medicine to obtain electrostatic spinning solution, where the mass fraction of the biocompatible polymer in the electrostatic spinning solution is 5.8-19.8%, the mass fraction of the graphene oxide in the electrostatic spinning solution is 0.05-3%, the mass fraction of the antibacterial medicine in the electrostatic spinning solution is 2-5%, and (ii) spinning the electrostatic spinning solution to obtain final product. USE - The antibacterial hyperplasia composite film useful as medical auxiliary material.
