NOVELTY - Non-destructive transferring of large area graphene comprises using target substrate as structural support for transferring large-area graphene, adopting adhesive on initial substrate of large area graphene combined with the target substrate, using the electrode as electrolyte, intercalation effect using electrolyte separating the graphene from the initial matrix loss-less to transfer of large-area graphene to a target substrate, specifically combining the graphene and target substrate of the initial substrate. USE - The method is useful for non-destructive transferring of large area graphene. ADVANTAGE - The method does not produce dangerous or harmful gas and reduces production cost. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Non-destructive transferring of large area graphene comprises using target substrate as structural support for transferring large-area graphene, adopting adhesive on initial substrate of large area graphene combined with the target substrate, using the electrode as electrolyte, intercalation effect using electrolyte separating the graphene from the initial matrix loss-less to transfer of large-area graphene to a target substrate, specifically (i) combining the graphene and target substrate of the initial substrate, using the graphene on the initial substrate bonded to the target substrate by adhesive, (ii) separating the graphene from the initial substrate, obtained in the step (1) initial substrate/graphene/adhesive/target base composite material as the electrode disposed in the electrolyte, using graphene from the initial substrate surface without separation to obtain large-area graphene/adhesive/target base structure graphene intercalation effect between the graphene and the initial substrate by the electric field under the action of the electrolyte.
