NOVELTY - The method involves introducing raw material containing magnetic particles into a high-grade magnetic separator for magnetic separation. The raw material is kept in a separating cavity of the high-graphene separator. The material liquid is discharged from a lower portion of the separating cavity to obtain a first concentrated solution containing the magnetic particles. The washing liquid is introduced from an upper portion of a separated cavity. The magnetic particles stored in the separating chamber are washed from top to bottom. The collected magnetic particles are discharged from the lower end of the separated chamber to obtain second concentrated liquid containing magnetic particle. USE - Washing method for high gradient magnetic separator in mineral dressing field. ADVANTAGE - The method enables using the high gradient magnetic separator of the to-be-washed state to store the material liquid under the gravity flow generated by the carrying and scouring effect, and combining the washing liquid under gravity leaching produced separation effect, thus realizing high-efficient washing of the high- gradient magnetic separation under the low washing intensity. The flow is simple, washing liquid dosage is small, and the washing effect is better. The method uses gravity as the washing power, without using air compressor, air storage tank, washing water pump and special device, thus reducing device investment.
