▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The graphene conformal fold has a composite structure of surface folds that is formed by polydimethylsiloxane layer (5), polymethyl methacrylate layer (3) and graphene layer (2) in sequence. A gradient interface layer is provided between the polymethyl methacrylate layer and the polydimethylsiloxane layer. The gradient interface is formed by combining polydimethylsiloxane molecular chains with polymethyl methacrylate molecular chains during the curing process of the polydimethylsiloxane layer to improve the interface adhesion energy. The multi-layer hard film that is prepared by introducing the polydimethylsiloxane post-curing process comprises strong interface strength between different layers of the soft base system through heating and mechanical stress to produce high-quality non-layered, multi-scale graphene conformal fold patterns. USE - Interface controllable multilayer graphene conformal fold. ADVANTAGE - The graphene maintains a high-quality monolayer during the transfer process. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing conformal folds of multilayer graphene. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a flow diagram of the interface controllable multilayer graphene conformal fold.
