▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Laminated graphitic layer comprises (a) graphitic films and/or graphene films comprising graphitic crystals or graphene planes substantially parallel to one another and parallel to a film plane and the graphitic or graphene films have a thermal conductivity of at least 200 W/mK, an electrical conductivity of not less than 3000 S/cm, and a physical density of 1.5-2.25 g/cm3, all measured without the presence of a polymer, and (b) 0.001-30 wt.% conducting polymer network adhesive which bonds together the graphitic or graphene films to form the laminated graphitic layer. The laminated graphitic layer has an in-plane thermal conductivity of 100-1750 W/mK. The graphene films comprises multiple graphene sheets which are substantially aligned to be parallel to one another. The multiple graphene sheets comprise graphene sheets chosen from a pristine graphene material or a non-pristine graphene material. USE - The graphitic layer is used as an elastic heat spreader, an electronic device, and a structural member. ADVANTAGE - The graphitic layer has excellent thermal conductivity, structural integrity, electrical conductivity, mechanical, electrical and chemical properties, flexibility, and tensile properties. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) An electronic device; (2) A structural member; and (3) A process for producing the laminated graphitic layer.
