NOVELTY - Dearomatization of D20 solvent oil involves mixing raffinate oil and D20 solvent oil in volume ratio of 3-5:1, obtaining oil mixture, performing hydrodearomatization at 120-180 degrees C under the action of a hydrogenation catalyst, separating and removing hydrogen in the reaction system, distilling and separating the distillate having initial boiling point of 85 degrees C and 98%-distillation temperature of 115 degrees C or less. The volume ratio of hydrogen and oil mixture is 120-300. The hydrogenation catalyst comprises a carrier comprising alumina and graphene, and a metal active component. USE - Dearomatization of D20 solvent oil (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method provides dearomatized D20 solvent oil with high quality and low impurity content. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Dearomatization of D20 solvent oil involves mixing raffinate oil and D20 solvent oil in volume ratio of 3-5:1, leaving still to attain equilibrium, obtaining oil mixture, performing hydrodearomatization at 120-180 degrees C and 2-3 MPa under the action of a hydrogenation catalyst, separating and removing hydrogen in the reaction system, distilling and separating the distillate having initial boiling point of 85 degrees C and 98%-distillation temperature of 115 degrees C or less. The volume ratio of hydrogen and oil mixture is 120-300. The hydrogenation catalyst comprises a carrier comprising alumina and graphene, and a metal active component.
