NOVELTY - A cathode pole piece comprises current collector layer, first cathode active material layer, middle layer and second cathode active material layer. The first cathode active material layer, middle layer and second cathode active material layer are orderly laminated on current collector layer. The current collector layer is a bottom coating type copper foil coated with carbon material on surface. The first cathode active material layer comprises silicon-based cathode active material, first adhesive and conductive agent. The second cathode active material layer comprises graphite material as cathode active material and second adhesive. The middle layer is an overlapped layer obtained by rolling first cathode active material layer and second cathode active material layer. USE - Cathode pole piece for lithium ion battery. ADVANTAGE - The method provides cathode pole piece with high capacity and fast charging characteristic and lithium ion battery using the pole piece to solve the problem of the existing technology. The performance of the current collector layer surface with graphene material is more excellent. The graphene coating has more contact sites, the first cathode active material layer is attached, the cohesion of the cathode portion is enhanced. The first and second active material layers have better compatibility. The production efficiency is improved, which can obviously reduce the enterprise cost. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of cathode pole piece comprising coating bottom coating type copper foil surface with a layer of dispersed carbon material to obtain current collector layer; mixing silicon-based cathode active material, first adhesive and conductive agent to obtain first cathode active material layer, and setting on current collector layer surface; uniformly mixing graphite material as cathode active material with second adhesive, coating first cathode active material layer surface, and setting second cathode active material layer above first cathode active material layer; and adjusting first cathode active material layer and second cathode active material layer by rolling, making contact layer overlap, and forming a middle layer between first cathode active material layer and second cathode active material layer.
