NOVELTY - Graphene oxide is provided. USE - The graphene oxide is useful in graphene-polymer composite which is useful in coating liquid, for coating the steel sheet. ADVANTAGE - The coating is performed without using a separate binder, and graphene can be located on a coating layer thus properties of the graphene is efficiently exhibited. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) graphene-polymer composite; (2) coating liquid containing graphene-polymer composite; (3) steel sheet coated with the graphene-polymer; and (4) manufacturing the coated steel sheet.
