NOVELTY - Graphene complex comprises graphene layer in which a defect region that includes a structural defect is present, and a defect healing structure formed adjacent to the defect region or the bonding region. The defect healing structure includes a hydrophilic polymer, and the hydrophilic polymer hydrogen bonds to the graphene layer to selectively heal the structural defects. USE - Graphene complex used in gas barrier film (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The graphene complex has contain a hydrophilic polymer to selectively heal micro-sized defect areas, and also has excellent defect healing effects. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method of healing graphene defects of graphene, which involves: (A) coating and drying a solution containing a hydrophilic polymer on a graphene layer in which a defect region including a structural defect exists; and (B) heat-treating the solution-coated graphene layer to form a defect healing structure adjacent to the defect region or the bonding region.
