NOVELTY - Preparing ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene fiber conductive weftless cloth comprises e.g. (i) mixing ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene and paraffin oil, swelling, spinning, drawing, and pulling to obtain ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene fiber, (ii) dipping ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene fiber, solidifying and forming, curing and forming ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene fiber, and continuously cross-compositing to obtain ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene fiber weftless cloth, (iii) placing the ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene fiber non-weft cloth in acetone, ethanol, and deionized aqueous solution in order, ultrasonically vibrating and remove stains on the surface of the fabric and drying, and(iv) etching the dried ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene fiber non-woven fabric with a plasma etching machine and ionizing the surface of the ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene fiber non-woven fabric with negative charges. USE - The method is useful for preparing ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene fiber conductive weftless cloth. ADVANTAGE - The method: does not affect the strength and modulus of the non-weft fabric; and imparts the conductivity of the ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene fiber non-woven fabric without affecting the strength and modulus of the non-woven fabric. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene fiber conductive weftless cloth comprises (i) mixing ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene and paraffin oil, swelling, spinning, drawing, and pulling to obtain ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene fiber, (ii) dipping ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene fiber, solidifying and forming, curing and forming ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene fiber, and continuously cross-compositing to obtain ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene fiber weftless cloth, (iii) placing the ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene fiber non-weft cloth in acetone, ethanol, and deionized aqueous solution in order, ultrasonically vibrating and remove stains on the surface of the fabric and drying, (iv) etching the dried ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene fiber non-woven fabric with a plasma etching machine and ionizing the surface of the ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene fiber non-woven fabric with negative charges, and(v) using spray gun, spraying alternately the positively charged polymer solution and the negatively charged inorganic nano material solution on the surface of the etched UHMWPE fiber latitude cloth to obtain ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene fiber conductive weftless fabric.
