NOVELTY - Preparing a high specific gravity tungsten alloy, involves (a) taking 90-97 pts. wt. tungsten, 5-9 pts. wt. nickel, 2-5 pts. wt. iron, 3-6 pts. wt. rare earth modification modifier and 100-150 pts. wt. treatment modification liquid, (b) mixing tungsten, nickel, iron, rare earth modification modifier and treatment modification liquid and then placing them in the treatment modification liquid for ultrasonic dispersion treatment, (c) washing with water, drying, and cold isostatic pressing to get the blank, (d) then sending the billet into the sintering furnace for sintering, cooling it, then raising the temperature to 550-650℃, carrying out rotary forging processing, and then lowering it to 300℃ at a rate of 1-3℃/s, and keeping it warm for 10-20 minutes, and finally water-cooling to room temperature, and then drying to obtain target alloy. USE - Method for preparing high specific gravity tungsten alloy. ADVANTAGE - The method provides high specific gravity tungsten alloy with excellent tensile strength, and excellent coordination and improvement effects, and reduced elongation rate and hardness.
