▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A self-healing flexible composite material is prepared by preparing functionalized graphene oxide containing furan, preparing maleimide derivative, mixing functionalized graphene oxide containing furan and maleimide derivative, and performing Diels-Alder reaction at 40-120 degrees C for 3-24 hours. USE - The method is used for preparing self-healing flexible composite material. ADVANTAGE - The method has mild reaction condition, increases graphene sheet interlayer distance, solves dispersibility problem of graphene, improves mechanical property of material, generates flexible material with dynamic covalent bond, and solves poor dispersion of graphene in polymer matrix and low self-repair efficiency of polymer composite materials. The product has excellent self-healing performance, does not need external stimulation in healing process, and realizes self-repairing at room temperature.
