NOVELTY - Preparing antibacterial and acarid removing fabric based on plant fiber comprises (1) adding graphene oxide powder into the silver metal ammonia complex solution, reacting under heating conditions, and calcining to obtain graphene oxide intercalated with metal silver ions, (ii) mixing carboxy-containing aluminum-zirconium coupling agent, sodium p-hydroxybenzenesulfonate, and ethanol, and reacting to obtain modified sodium p-hydroxybenzenesulfonate, (3) mixing the modified sodium p-hydroxybenzenesulfonate, solvent, graphite oxide intercalated with metal silver ions, and catalyst to obtain antibacterial and acaricidal agent, (4) mixing the antibacterial and acaricidal agent, ethyl acetate, dispersant, defoamer, leveling agent, and polyurethane, and mixing to obtain antibacterial and acarid removing fabric finishing solution, and (5) spraying the antibacterial and acarid removing finishing solution on the fabric, drying and solidifying to obtain product. USE - The method is useful for preparing antibacterial and acarid removing fabric based on plant fiber. ADVANTAGE - The antibacterial and acarid removing fabric has plant fiber which naturally degrades, reduces pollution, plays overall synergistic effect, and enhances antibacterial and acarid removing performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing antibacterial and acarid removing fabric based on plant fiber comprises (1) adding graphene oxide powder into the silver metal ammonia complex solution, reacting under heating conditions, and calcining to obtain graphene oxide intercalated with metal silver ions, (ii) mixing carboxy-containing aluminum-zirconium coupling agent, sodium p-hydroxybenzenesulfonate, and ethanol, and reacting according to the mass ratio of 25-27:32-36:300 to obtain modified sodium p-hydroxybenzenesulfonate, (3) mixing the modified sodium p-hydroxybenzenesulfonate, solvent, graphite oxide intercalated with metal silver ions, and catalyst according to the mass ratio of 583-613:2000:120:85 to obtain antibacterial and acaricidal agent, (4) mixing the antibacterial and acaricidal agent, ethyl acetate, dispersant, defoamer, leveling agent, and polyurethane according to the quality of 15:55-65:0.5-2:0.5-2:0.3-1.5:75-90, and mixing to obtain antibacterial and acarid removing fabric finishing solution, and (5) spraying the antibacterial and acarid removing finishing solution on the fabric, drying and solidifying, and obtaining the antibacterial and acarid removing fabric based on plant fibers. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for antibacterial and acarid removing fabric.
