NOVELTY - Polyethylene winding film comprises 55-75 pts. wt. polyethylene, 20-30 pts. wt. methyl vinyl silicone rubber, 10-30 pts. wt. linear low density polyethylene, 3-7 pts. wt. graphene fiber, 2-12 pts. wt. silicon dioxide, 0.3-1 pt. wt. stabilizing agent, 0.1-1 pt. wt. antioxidant, 0.5-0.8 pts. wt. toughening agent and 0.2-0.6 pts. wt. flame retardant. USE - Used as polyethylene winding film. ADVANTAGE - The film: has increased toughness, high tensile strength, excellent toughness, large elongation at break and excellent mechanical properties. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the polyethylene winding film, comprising (i) preparing required raw materials polyethylene, methyl vinyl silicone rubber, linear low-density polyethylene, graphene fiber, silicon dioxide, stabilizing agent, antioxidant, toughening agent and flame retardant, (ii) crushing graphene fibers and sieving to obtain powdered graphene fibers, (iii) sequentially adding above-mentioned raw materials to the reaction kettle, uniformly mixing, and heating and reacting at 100-110 degrees C for 5-6 hours to obtain a mixture, (iv) using twin-screw extruder for high-temperature extrusion of the above mixture, and extruding in extruder at 500-600 revolutions per minute at 176-216 degrees C, and (v) casting raw material after extrusion into a film by a casting machine, and casting at 235-245 degrees C, cooling by the cooling roller, and winding through the winding machine to obtain the finished product.
