NOVELTY - Sintering auxiliary agent comprises 8.0-9.0 pts. wt. aluminum nitride, 7.0-7.5 pts. wt. boron nitride, 6.5-6.8 pts. wt. silicon nitride, 4.0-5.0 pts. wt. silicon carbide, 0.6-0.8 pts. wt. nano aluminum oxide, 4.5-5.0 pts. wt. zinc oxide, 1.5-2.0 pts. wt. zirconium oxide, and 1.2-1.4 pts. wt. graphene. The sintering auxiliary agent is prepared by mixing material, carrying out ball milling, where ball milling medium is agate ball with ball-to-batch ratio of 3-5:1. The milling speed is 400-450 revolution per minute in bidirectional operation. The ball milling time is 8-10 hours for every 1.5-2.0 hours. The obtained powder is allowed to kept for 10-12 hours, and then dried. USE - Sintering auxiliary agent for improving preparation efficiency of daily-use ceramics. ADVANTAGE - The sintering auxiliary agent has high anti-collision, high anti-impact intensity, color appearance and physical mechanical performance, prolongs service life, and improves high temperature resistance and anti-cracking of the ceramic performance.
