▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing nickel thiophosphate nanosheet/graphene composite material comprises (i) first dissolving raw material nickel(II) nitrate in water, heating it in a oil bath at set temperature while stirring, adding the raw materials hexamethylenetetramine and sodium citrate, continuously heating and stirring, and drying the obtained precipitate to obtain amorphous nickel hydroxide precursor, (ii) respectively placing the amorphous nickel hydroxide precursor and the reaction raw material phosphorus pentasulfide in a single-pass quartz sleeve outer tube and the inner tube bottom end, oppositely embedding the nozzles of the inner and outer tubes, placing the whole in a multi-temperature zone tube furnace for high-temperature solid-phase reaction to obtain nickel thiophosphate nanosheets, and (iii) mixing the nickel thiophosphate nanosheets and the graphene dispersion, ball milling, and vacuum drying to obtain final product. USE - The method is useful for preparing nickel thiophosphate nanosheet/graphene composite material. ADVANTAGE - The method: has short required reaction time, high product yield, short required high-temperature heat treatment time and high product purity; is suitable for large-scale production; and ensures the prepared nickel thiophosphate nanosheet/graphene composite material has improved electrochemical performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for nickel thiophosphate nanosheet/graphene composite material prepared by above method.
